How a repair goes
Every repair starts with a flat $50 diagnostic: hardware and software testing, then written findings and a quote sent to you. The diagnostic fee is separate from the repair and is not credited toward it. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay only the diagnostic and pick up your PC.
Once you approve the quote, I do the work. If something changes, I text you before going further.
Getting a blue screen? Write down or photograph the stop code (for example, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT). It's a big clue. If it keeps happening, back up your important files as soon as you can.
This page is for desktops. Laptops get diagnostics, cleaning, and battery replacement only, no other laptop repairs. No phones or tablets.

Labor only. Parts and any applicable sales tax are extra. Every job starts with a written quote.

How pricing works: The diagnostic for desktops and gaming PCs is a flat $50. The diagnostic fee is charged on its own and is not credited toward the repair. You get written findings and a quote, and nothing gets repaired until you approve it.
