Laptop Diagnostics, Cleaning & Batteries

Laptops get three services only: a $50 diagnostic with written findings, a $70 dust and fan cleaning, and battery replacement for $70 labor plus the battery. Other laptop repairs and part replacements are not offered.

What's not offered

  • Laptop repairs, upgrades, or part replacements other than batteries. Laptops get diagnostics, cleaning, and battery replacement only.
  • Tablets or phones
  • On-site or house-call service. Mobile PC repair is planned for the future and is not available now. Details.

How pricing works: The diagnostic for desktops and gaming PCs is a flat $50. The diagnostic fee is charged on its own and is not credited toward the repair. You get written findings and a quote, and nothing gets repaired until you approve it.
