Getting your PC to the shop
From Metairie, take I-10 west to I-310, cross the Hale Boggs Memorial Bridge to the west bank, and head upriver to Ama. Please call or text first so the drop-off is quick.
Laptops get diagnostics, cleaning, and battery replacement only, no other laptop repairs. No phones or tablets. Drop-off only; I don't come to you.
Pricing
How pricing works: The diagnostic for desktops and gaming PCs is a flat $50. The diagnostic fee is charged on its own and is not credited toward the repair. You get written findings and a quote, and nothing gets repaired until you approve it.
All prices are labor only. Parts and any applicable sales tax are extra. See the full price menu.
